    Front Office Medical Receptionist

     

     

    We are looking for....

    friendly and spirited Front Office Medical Receptionists! You will greet each guest with your warm and welcoming demeanor and facilitate their check-in process.  You serve as the first point of contact for guests in the clinic and ensure each patient has an amazing experience! You must work well under pressure while performing duties with accuracy and compassion.

    Compensation: $13-$16 per hour, depending on skills & experience.
    Benefits: Matching 401k. Paid vacation and sick time. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
    Schedule:  Full-Time; shifts are 12 hours long and days scheduled can vary from week to week.

    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
    • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
    • Communicate with practice management company for proper billing procedures
    • Check-in patients
    • Collect copays and balances
    • Greet all patients
    • Provide EXTREME customer service

    Qualifications

    • Extreme customer service
    • Energetic, personable, and able to multi-task
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
    • Basic computer proficiency
