    Credentialing Manager


    We are looking for....

    An experienced, energetic and efficient Credentialing Manager to oversee health plan credentialing for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants. You will get in the trenches, assess the current credentialing status of all employed and independently contracted providers, complete payer applications as needed, and work with senior leadership to develop a departmental road-map for bringing on additional Credentialing Specialists to support the future growth of the department and company as a whole.

    Compensation: $60k+, DOE

    Schedule: Full-Time. 



    • Perform credentialing duties, as needed
    • Oversee other credentialing specialists, as assigned, including but not limited to assuring accuracy and appropriateness of work performed
    • Conduct strategy meetings to present issues and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables
    • Interface with insurance companies regarding application submission & processing


    • 5(+) years experience performing provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) credentialing services for outpatient and/or mobile medicine providers, required
    • Proficiency with NCQA standards, required
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, required
    • Strong verbal and written skills, required
    • 2(+) years experience managing provider credentialing for practices > 100 providers, preferred
