    MY DR NOW is seeking an experienced Service Desk - Level III professional to provide technical assistance to the front line user support and customer service for company-supported devices, applications and platforms. 


    Compensation: $50,000+ annual salary DOE

    Schedule: Full-Time 

    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    • Manages ticketing system, and completes work according to SLAs
    • Helps define SLAs and Policies for the Service Desk organization.
    • Escalate issues when required for resolution.
    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software.
    • Provide friendly and helpful customer service as "First Point of Contact".
    • Communicates, both orally and in writing, with employees of our clients and will provide information and resolve issues.
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Maintains accurate records of completed and pending jobs/incidents using Ticketing System and client database.
    • Follows organizational policies and procedures to include incident/problem escalation.
    • Works in conjunction with other IT staff members in problem resolution including 3rd party vendors.
    • Responds to emergency calls for assistance to perform critical corrective measures to return system & network infrastructure to an operational state during off-duty hours.


    Skills and Requirements:

    • Powershell (Preferred)
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or Technology degree (preferred)
    • CompTIA A+ (preferred)
    • Knowledgeable in Windows, Mac, Android and iOS
    • Strong foundational knowledge of networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
    • 7+ years’ experience in IT-related position
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Must be able to satisfy a national agency background check
