    • Nurse Practitioners
    • Physician Assistants

     Locations:

    • Laveen, Arizona
    • Phoenix, Arizona

    Compensation: $147,000 - $169,000 Customizable Packages!

    • $20,000 Sign on Bonus

    Schedule: Full-Time

    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate, diagnose & manage acute, episodic and chronic illnesses
    • Perform procedures, as necessary
    • Direct and review all laboratory and radiology results and develop appropriate treatment plan(s)
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers
    • Provide patient counseling, education and coordination of care as necessary
    • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Current, unrestricted licensure in the State of Arizona, or ability to obtain prior to interview
    • Prescribing authority or ability, or ability to obtain prior to employment
    • DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
    • Board certified or Board Eligible

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ year professional experience in Family Practice  and/or Urgent Care
