Compensation: $14+/hr DOE

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Part -Time (must be flexible and willing to work during both week day and weekends) At least 28 hours per week to start.

Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We are looking for an energetic full time Intake Coordinators to join our team of revolutionary All-Stars! Intake Coordinators will be responsible for providing the first line of extreme customer service to our patients in our call center.


  • Taking inbound patient calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assisting patients with questions and concerns
  • Accurately assessing the patient's needs and assisting accordingly
  • Placing outbound calls to patients in need of care
  • Basic triage of patients over the phone
  • Setting up your team members for success


  • High School Diploma, or GED, required
  • EXTREME customer service skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • HIPAA compliant environment
  • Personable and able to multi-task
  • Energetic phone voice
  • Great communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
