    PART-TIME 

    (Customer Service Representative - Call Center)

     

    MY DR NOW is Arizona's LARGEST privately-owned Primary Care Provider! 

     

    We are looking for friendly, energetic and experienced customer service professionals to join our call center team! Intake Coordinators are responsible for providing the first line of customer service and care coordination for our patients. 

     

    Compensation: $14+/DOE 

    Schedule: Part-Time **flexible schedule options available**

    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Providing excellent customer service for all inbound patient calls
    • Accurately assessing the patient's needs and assisting accordingly
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Ensuring one-call resolution
    • Placing outbound calls to patients in need of care

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma, or GED, required
    • Energetic, articulate and compassionate communication skills, required
    • Experience with a high-volume, inbound call center or similar environment, required
    • Must be able to multi-task accurately and efficiently
    • Minimum typing speed > 35wpm
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
