Compensation: $14+/hr, DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible and willing to work 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends

Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

As a House Calls Patient Intake Specialist, your primary role will mainly be responsible for Intake/Scheduling of House Call appointment requests

  • Handling patient concerns in a prompt manner
  • Scheduling and taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Scheduling referral patients from group homes, assisted living facilities, home health, etc.
  • Perform confirmation calls
  • Conducts follow up calls to patients including scheduling follow up appointments
  • Facilitates communication between physician, specialists, pharmacies, and others involved in patient care


  • High School Diploma, or GED, required
  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Energetic, personable and able to multi-task
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
