    Compensation: $18-$30/hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

    Schedule: Full-time, flexible

    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

     

    Our company is expanding and is seeking (5) new AGGRESSIVE COLLECTION AGENTS to focus on past due collections.  The right candidate will thrive in high-pressure environments, attack challenges, drive growth and can hit the ground running.  

    Responsibilities

    • Reviewing past due medical account balances
    • Contacting customers to obtain payment 
    • Locating and updating the customer demographic & finance information
    • Negotiating to settle outstanding debts

    Qualifications

    • Consistently provide customer service
    • Address difficult situations and resolve conflict with ease, poise, and tact
    • Creative problem solving abilities
    • Ability to perform billing functions via Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
    • Ability to perform multi-tasks accurately, efficiently, and quickly
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment in a team setting
    • Type at least 35 wpm or more
    • Bilingual in the Spanish and English is a plus
