     MY DR NOW is Arizona's LARGEST privately-owned Primary Care Provider! 


    MY DR NOW is seeking a Provider Support Specialist (PSS) to join our team of energetic and customer-centric healthcare providers! Our PSS team serves our house call providers to ensure they can provide the care our patients need.


    Compensation: $14+/hr, DOE

    Schedule: Full-Time (several scheduling options available for 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts)

    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM


    With nearly 100 PCP's in 7 outpatient clinics in addition to making house calls throughout Arizona, MY DR NOW is changing how healthcare is delivered.

    As a Provider Support Specialist, you are responsible for supporting MY DR NOW's House Calls Providers in the field by processing orders in real time.

    • Handling patient concerns in a prompt manner
    • Beginning the visit note for the Provider's each day in the field
    • Manage the patient daily flow sheet
    • Monitor and track provider progress utilizing our EMR
    • Complete provider orders upon completion of visit
    • Utilize lab/radiology logs to track orders
    • Conduct follow-up quality assurance calls
    • Acting as a patient advocate to ensure proper service
    • Facilitates communication between physician, specialists, pharmacies, and others involved in patient care


    • High School Diploma, or GED, required
    • Highly computer proficient - EMR experience, required
    • Experience handling a high volume of phone calls with professionalism, required
    • Excellent listening, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, required
    • Experience working in fast-paced environments while continuing to provide EXCELLENT customer service, required
    • Proficiency with basic medical terminology, required
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) very much a plus, but not required
