Compensation: $14+/hour, DOE, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Full-Time (must be flexible and willing to work 12 hour shifts)

Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2 Shifts Available: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM OR Rotating 12-hour shifts


Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.

As a Provider Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting MY DR NOW's House Calls Providers in the field buy processing orders in real time and serving like the "Back Office Medical Assistant" to the Providers.

  • Handling patient concerns in a prompt manner
  • Beginning the visit note for the Provider's each day in the field
  • Manage the patient daily flow sheet
  • Monitor and track provider progress utilizing our EMR
  • Complete provider orders upon completion of visit
  • Utilize lab/radiology logs to track orders
  • Conduct follow-up quality assurance calls
  • Acting as a patient advocate to ensure proper service
  • Facilitates communication between physician, specialists, pharmacies, and others involved in patient care


  • High School Diploma, or GED, required
  • Ideal candidate has their MA certificate and at least 1 year of experience in field.
  • Highly computer proficient - EMR experience, required
  • Experience handling a high volume of phone calls with professionalism
  • Excellent listening, oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while continuing to provide EXCELLENT customer service
  • Energetic, personable and able to multi-task
  • Proficient with basic medical terminology- not mandatory but preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) very much a plus, but not required
