Compensation: Competitive Market Rate, Exempt, Quarterly Perfornance Bonus Plan

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday- Friday, 8AM - 5PM)

Location: Chandler, AZ


Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to recruit our staff to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.

  • Master core competencies for all open positions to develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies that yield effective results
  • Identify qualified candidates, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate on-site interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Consult with Hiring Managers and Executive Leadership to further mastery of ideal candidate pool(s), negotiate job offers, and solidify recruitment efforts
  • Proactively network, source and recruit via electronic and personal contact methods
  • Provide a steady stream of highly qualified candidates to meet the organization’s evolving hiring demands
  • Focus on call center, non-exempt, exempt and provider (NP, PA, MD, DO) placements


  • 3 years or more experience in corporate recruiting or agency staffing
  • AAS degree or more college education
  • Ability to efficiently navigate our Applicant Tracking System (ICIMs), multiple Job Board sites, and demonstrate other relevant, modern technology proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Ability to align corporate culture with targeted talent pools
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for assigned non-exempt and exempt requisitions
  • Scheduling flexibility, depending on demand of deadlines and/or networking efforts
  • Experience working for or with rapidly growing organizations
