Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.

 

Compensation: $70,000 / year + BONUS PLAN for a 6-figure income potential

Bonus Plan: Competitive structure with STRONG potential AND NO CAP (6-figure $$ potential)

FLSA Status: Full Time, Exempt

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Primary Location: Chandler, AZ

MY DR NOW is interviewing now for a dynamic and highly-motivated sales rep to join our growing team. Applicants who have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and a desire to be a part of a successful and fun work culture will fit in great with our team.  The New Business Account Executive is responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase the sales of MY DR NOW's Perfect 10 Discounted Health Plan, House Calls, Services, and more.

 

** Healthcare Experience is NOT required **

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals and nursing homes to increase patient referrals
  • Grows profitable revenue and builds market shares within designated service areas.
  • Sells, maintains, and documents all referral activities for hospice services to physicians, discharge planners, and various clinicians and facilities.
  • Generates measured improvement in optimal payer mix and responsible for developing a physician referral network.
  • Coordinates community relations, marketing and business development activities in the region to generate positive name recognition and consumer relations.
  • Develops and implements presentations to groups of healthcare personnel and the general public in health fairs and support groups.
  • Implements the marketing plan: Identifies and develops referral sources. Meets and exceeds established referral and admission goals.
  • Functions independently, makes decisions, problem solves, and utilizes resources as necessary.
  • Makes marketing presentations to current and prospective clients to educate them about hospice services.
  • Maintains a networking base in the community.
  • Collaboratively communicates/consults with the licensed professional on any referrals received and follows through with the Director of Nursing and/or Patient Care Manager.
  • Works to assure mutual goal setting and achievement standards within the marketing team.
  • Attends meetings, health fairs, etc … as requested by the Director of Business Development and/or the Administrator.
  • Maintains flexibility and persistence, and takes initiative to affect positive changes.
  • Promotes the hospice mission and vision within the community.
  • Projects concerned, professional attitude/appearance toward hospice staff, referral sources and general public.

 

 

Sales Team Structure and Location

Sales Manager: 1 located in Phoenix (seeking to hire)

Sales Executive: 2 located in Phoenix, 1 located in Tucson (seeking to hire in Phoenix & Tucson)

Existing Client Relations: 1 located in Phoenix (already employed)

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a field
  • Proven work experience in the field (Phone Sales) or in a related area (Field Sales)- 1-4 years desired experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Must have own transportation- mileage will be reimbursed
