Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.



Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts available


Hours of Operation: 

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM


Compensation Package:

  • Total compensation per discipline or credential
    • Mid-Level @ $70/ patient
    • Physician @ $100/patient

  • NO call, NO pagers, NO OB!
  • Dedicated Provider Support Specialist who works diligently to relay lab & imaging results, specialist progress notes, medication refill requests, health assessment forms requested by the patient's insurer, or lend any other assistance necessary to ensure providers can administer patient care as efficiently as possible.
  • MY DR NOW also employs certified coders who review every chart note to assist providers with coding guidance and compliance. 


  • Conduct home visits and perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, annual wellness visits, patient education, as well as develop treatment plans for the acute and chronic conditions
  • Promote preventative care and early intervention
  • Communicate effectively with patients and members of the care team
  • Reconcile medications and e-prescribe
  • Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policy
  • Sign all necessary paperwork in accordance with company policy
  • Manages follow up consultations and telemedicine requests


  • Spanish speaking providers a plus, but not required
  • Computer and internet literacy desired
  • Maintaining auto insurance limits determined by the Company. Provider shall also maintain an active, un-restricted license with Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Advanced degree in medicine or nursing with an emphasis on family practice – MD, DO, FNP, or PA
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a clinical, hospital or home care environment.
  • Advanced training is usually obtained through a residency or clinical rotations.
  • Prefer experience in a house calls family practice or group home environment.
  • Arizona State Board of Nursing License, DEA license, BLS Certification, AZ driver’s license
  • iPad usage, Microsoft Office, Email, EMR, overall computer proficiency
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business and medical documents.
  • Write reports, business correspondence and medical documentation.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from patients, providers, and the public
  • Calculate figures and amounts such as medication dosages, health measures and medical calculations, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Ability to independently use resources available and determine when to seek input from a supervisor
