Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to recruit our staff to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.   We are a pet friendly company and allow our employees to bring their pets to work


The Community Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships in assigned areas.  The Community Liaison will seek out new relationships and maintain existing relationships to promote MY DR NOW House Calls services.  Job includes making visits to new and existing patient homes, group homes, assisted living facilities and senior communities in efforts to explain and grow our amazing service.


**Compensation includes base salary, bonus structure, travel, mileage reimbursement, lodging, option travel to other states as growth occurs


  • Compiles lists of current and prospective Assisted Living homes, group homes, skilled nursing homes and targeted community groups to market and present MY DR NOW House Call services to.
  • Actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance and branding of the company as The Company of Choice throughout or service area.  
  • Establish new communities and maintain relationships with existing communities.
  • Assist with preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals and promote MY DR NOW services to the community.
  • Serves as liaison between clients and the House Call team.
  • Provide monthly action plans on how to meet and exceed goals.
  • Visit established partners monthly to ensure all needs are being met.
  • Seek out and establish other referral sources such as Home Health, Hospice and case managers.
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements:

  • Will be expected to travel/cover all of Arizona Market
  • Travel, Lodging, Mileage Reimbursement included.
  • May travel to other states to assist in new markets, but will be primary in Arizona market.
