Our country has a healthcare delivery problem and the solution is MY DR NOW!


Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and weneed you to provide additioinal leadership to our staff and healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.


Compensation: $100/hr + (other option is to join as a Part Time provider, ask about this compensation)

The Senior Medical Director is a key role in the organization is responsible for direct oversight of clinical care delivered by a Mid-Level Provider at a given clinic or home visit region within the MY DR NOW system. MY DR NOW currently operates with 7 locations and offers to valley-wide House Calls. The work environment if fast-paced and growth oriented.

The Regional Medical Director will also serve as the Mentoring Physician for a set of mid-level Providers and will be responsible for their ongoing evaluation. The Senior Medical Director reports directly to the CEO/ Founder and works collaboratively with the Executive Management Team.


  • Oversees patient care assessment for all services provided at a set clinic(s) within the MY DR NOW system, as determined by the Medical Director, and consistent with State guidelines. This will entail ensuring that appropriate clinical protocols are developed and followed in conjunction with the findings
  • In collaboration with the Operations team, develops processes, policies, procedures and guidelines to assure quality of care standards are met throughout the system;
  • Uses available reports, medical records, and on site observation to review and improve the quality of care delivered by each individual provider
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of provider coding and documentation.
  • Assures medical involvement in the development, approval, and review of all policies, procedures, and protocols governing clinical care.
  • Serve as a mentoring Physician for a set of Mid-Level providers within the MY DR NOW system.    
  • Oversight and evaluation of all their Mid-Level Providers per the guidelines established in this document, and work toward developing a strong, supportive and effective relationship with their Mid-Level Providers.
  • Serve as the Supervising Physician (in most cases).
  • Responsible for all clinical care concerns for their providers (all non-clinical care issues will be directed to the clinic manager or VP of Healthcare Operations).
  • Demonstrate and quantify experience with change management
  • Demonstrate ability to motivate and influence the behavior of healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and manage outliers on key performance indicators and core business metrics
  • Be an effective multi-tasker and an efficient decision-maker.
  • Be comfortable having performance measured regularly by key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • In effort to have a collaborative and cohesive foundation for fostering an educational, supportive environment in which to practice medicine, the Regional Medical Directors shall also assist with the development of educational modules, development of policies that will improve clinical care and will participate bimonthly meetings with the clinical leadership team and in quarterly provider meetings. 
  • Work independently and in service to organizational objectives and goals.


  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • An active license (MD or DO) to practice medicine in the state of Arizona or the ability to obtain one
  • Primary Care or Urgent Care management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and demonstrate leadership with a regional operations team
  • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
