Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.

The Cloud Engineer will focus on Azure Cloud Engineering best practices regarding implementation and management of an enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure.


  • Define, implement and manage an Azure Cloud based infrastructure
  • Contribute to the design of existing and future platforms
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide application support for MY DR NOW’s platform
  • Manage Office 365
  • Review infrastructure security health
  • Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring environment
  • Create documentation and provide training to transfer knowledge to peers
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates for deliverables
  • Developer policies and procedures
  • Follow incident management protocols, including creating run books and proper escalations
  • Implement DevOps environment to support Application Lifecycle Management
  • Work with peers to understand and solve technical problems



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IS or 3 years’ industry work experience
  • Advanced PowerShell skills
  • Telephony knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Networking knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of the Azure platform is a plus
  • SDLC knowledge
  • Experience working with continuous integrations technologies
  • Experience in cloud automation tools
  • Outstanding software development skills
  • Experience in testing / debugging code
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with technical and non-technical people
  • Ability and interest to learn new technologies on the fly, as they become needed
