Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: 50-60K+ Unlimited Commission DOE

  • The Collections Manager is responsible for providing overall insight, management and leadership of all aspects of patient financial services
  • Drive and maintain accountability for all deliverables including production, collection, call monitoring, account reviews/audits, side-by-side monitoring, followed by coaching/training sessions
  • Oversee the service centers operations of Collections functions such as monitoring accounts, account follow-up, account resolution, balance reconciliation, denial and bad debt reporting, agency review, etc.
  • Conduct effective, results-driven coaching sessions each month with reporting CMs to enhance Ensure partners continuously improve their production, collection and customer interface skills
  • Provide consistent and accurate results measurement and metrics
  • Assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries
  • Ensure that compliance with company policies and federal regulations is maintained
  • Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans
  • Follow overall market trends and communicate significant shifts to the service centers Leadership and others as appropriate
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and company compliance policies, ensuring timely staff education
  • Develop specific objectives, budgets, and performance standards for each area of responsibility
  • Assume a lead role for innovation


  • Gifted in MS Excel
  • Minimum 2 years managing high-volume collections,
  • Ability to Identify Trends
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Must be flexible
  • Proven track record of inventory management and account resolution
  • Proven track record managing staff productivity and quality
  • Proven track record of successful process improvement in account resolution
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
