Compensation: $13-16/hr DOE

Benefits: BCBS Health, 401K, Paid Vacation & Sick Time Off, Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance, and Voluntary Life

Schedule: Full-Time (must be flexible and willing to work 8 or 10 hour shifts; example: M-Th 7:45a-6:45p)

Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

We are looking for an energetic Intake Coordinator to join our team of revolutionary All-Stars! Intake Coordinators will be responsible for providing the first line of extreme customer service to our patients in our call center. 

Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound patient calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assisting patients with questions and concerns
  • Accurately assessing the patient's needs and assisting accordingly
  • Placing outbound calls to patients in need of care
  • Basic triage of patients over the phone
  • Setting up your team members for success

Qualifications

  • EXTREME customer service skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • HIPAA compliant
  • Personable and able to multi-task
  • Energetic phone voice
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills (55+ WPM)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Telesales a plus
