    Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  Our physicians (MD & DO) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics.


    $20,000 Potential Sign On Bonus—call to find out how!


    Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM


    Compensation Package:

    • Total compensation ranging from $100+ per hour
    • Full benefits available including 100% paid licensure and malpractice costs, quarterly profit-sharing payouts, and $1500 CME

    Family Practice Physician Responsibilities:

    • Primary care responsibilities
    • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
    • Provides extreme customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers
    • Provides patient counseling, education and coordination of care as necessary
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Medical Director Responsibilities:

    • Oversees patient care assessment for all services provided at a set clinic(s) within the MY DR NOW system, as determined by the Medical Director, and consistent with State guidelines. This will entail ensuring that appropriate clinical protocols are developed and followed in conjunction with the findings
    • In collaboration with the Operations team, develops processes, policies, procedures and guidelines to assure quality of care standards are met throughout the system
    • Additional duties based upon business needs.


    • Current, unrestricted licensure in the State of Arizona, or ability to obtain prior to interview
    • Prescribing authority or ability, or ability to obtain prior to employment
    • DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
    • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
    • 1+ year professional experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, and/or Urgent Care
    • Primary Care or Urgent Care management experience, preferred
    • Proven ability to collaborate and demonstrate leadership with a regional operations team
    • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel and Power Point
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
