Compensation: $160-220k DOE

Have experience converting a company from cash-basis to accrual-method accounting and are you able to navigate the tax implications of timing and recognition of significant BS & PL items?

 

Do you have experience with taking a private, self-funded company through multiple rounds of Private Equity or capital partner funding plays and/or Mergers and Acquisitions?

Do you have experience with defining approach to both tangible & intangible asset valuation and how industry, demand, runway and market trends can affect it?

MY DR NOW is seeking an experienced, talented, and innovative Chief Financial Officer to lead our company! 

 

Our ideal candidate must possess highly refined analytical skills including: forecasting capital requirements, optimizing the company’s business plan and pricing, and envisioning and implementing intelligent, streamlined processes. The successful candidate must possess solid financial and leadership skills, and be experienced in managing critical financial data that drives the operations of a high technology business.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish and recommend to leadership team any major corporate economic strategies, objectives and policies for company
  • Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives
  • Develop organizational financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Develop financial strategies and budget by forecasting funding availability, capital, facilities, and staff requirements and closely monitoring budget vs. actual performance
  • Manage all banking relationships, investments, loans and lines of credit ensuring that is organization is maximizing benefits and minimizing costs
  • Develop payer and vendor contracting strategies and the implementation of value-based contracting models
  • Direct and implement dashboard reporting on financial, HR, and compliance data and present results to management team and CEO.
  • Analyze the costs, value and risk of current information technology systems and suggest improvements
  • Monitor changes or advancements in our industries to discover ways to improve organizational competitive advantage and improve efficiency
  • In collaboration with department heads, leads performance metrics and balanced scorecard creation and monitoring for all positions to set standards and drive results towards organization strategic goals

Qualifications

  • Experience with: Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Budgets/Projections, Growing Companies from Small to Mega
  • Previous experience in executive management
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA and CPA- preferred
  • 5-8 years' experience of progressive experience in Finance as Controller or Director of Finance 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Successful track record of operationalizing growth through back office automation, process discipline and standardization
