Compensation: $16-18/hr DOE

Schedule: Full-Time- Hours of Operations are Monday- Friday 8 AM to 8 PM Saturday and Sundays 8 AM to 4 PM. Applicants shifts subject to change with department needs and growth. Possible shifts are 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, and 11 AM to 8 PM.

MY DR NOW is interviewing now for a dynamic and highly-motivated sales rep to join our growing team. Applicants who have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and a desire to be a part of a successful and fun work culture will fit in great with our team.
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase the sales of MY DR NOW's Perfect 10 Discounted Health Plan, House Calls, Services, and more.


  • Work with the team to set goals and analyze metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns based on client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Meet with customers on behalf of clients and conduct sales presentations
  • Coach and train others
  • Assist in developing marketing campaign strategies on a larger level
  • In-depth client relations
  • Managing and leading a team
  • Managing a major U.S. market

  • Minimum of a High school diploma
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a field
  • Proven work experience in the field (Phone Sales) or in a related area (Field Sales)- 1-4 years desired experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly creative and motivated
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Must have own transportation- mileage will be reimbursed
