MY DR NOW is revolutionizing how modern healthcare is delivered by offering Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care services throughout the valley in addition to making valley-wide House Calls. MY DR NOW has grown steadily and methodically since inception in 2007.


Compensation: $70-75k DOE

Benefits: BCBS Health, 401K, Paid Vacation & Sick Time Off, Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance, and Voluntary Life

Schedule: Full- Time, Monday- Friday (occasional weekends)

Location: Tempe, AZ

We are seeking a Process Improvement Manager to become an integral part of MY DR NOW! The Process Improvement Manager will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.


  • Leading process improvement efforts by effectively managing a set of value stream efforts (i.e. leveraging lean six sigma core capabilities and/or applicable streamlining methodology)
  • leading program communication strategy through clear articulation of ideas to the project team and critical interfacing with senior management
  • Helping define process improvement challenges, measure current process performance, analyze root causes, and develop targeted process improvement opportunities with business partners. 
  • Leading performance improvement assessments and implementation changes designed to reduce variation and reduce or eliminate unnecessary processes and tasks. 
  • Training and coaching project teams. 
  • Demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to direct and motivate team and others, maintaining a persuasive and credible presentation style at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to educate provider on new insurance forms and how to complete them.
  • Exhibiting strong planning/organization and project management skills.
  • Organization skills to make certain the forms are being completed and filed on time sales skills to schedule patient for wellness visits


Computer proficiency

  • MS Excel proficiency, a must
  • Other Project Management Software system experience, preferred
  • MS Access, a plus
  • EMR/EHR experience, a plus

Management Skills & Experience

  • Complex, Multi-Department, Multi-Site/Locations Operations Management
  • Process Improvement experience, required (e.g. supply chain management)
  • Business Process reengineering experience, preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively, a must
  • *Note - healthcare experience, not required


  • Lean Six-Sigma, ISO9000, etc., preferred
  • College or graduate degree in business, IT, engineering, logistics & supply chain management, or related field, a plus
