Compensation: Exempt, ($70k +)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Location: Chandler AZ (Corporate Center)


Starting in 2007, MY DR NOW is a growing provider of healthcare services with 7 busy clinics in the East Valley and West Valley.  And since 2015 our newest division, Provider House Calls, is experiencing a large growth explosion throughout our city and has recently expanded into Tucson and Northern Arizona.  This growth means we need to recruit more operational staff to support these provider services.  Our physicians (MD & DO), nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA) that provide the services are growing exponentially and we need you to support our staff to keep providing healthcare services to our patients in our clinics and their homes.


Our company is expanding and is seeking an Operations Project Analyst to aide us in our upcoming growth plans.  You thrive in a high-pressure environment, embraces change, seeks challenges, drives growth, very professional to their internal clients, courteous and can hit the ground running.

  • Leading process improvement efforts by effectively managing a set of value stream efforts
  • Leveraging lean six sigma core capabilities and/or applicable streamlining methodology
  • leading program communication strategy through clear articulation of ideas to  senior management
  • Helping define process improvement challenges, measure current process performance, and analyze root causes
  • Develop targeted process improvement opportunities with business partners. 
  • Leading performance improvement assessments and implementation changes designed to reduce variation and reduce or eliminate unnecessary processes and tasks. 
  • Ability to educate on new forms and how to complete them.
  • Exhibiting strong planning,organization, and project management skills.


Computer proficiency

  • MS Excel proficiency, a must
  • Other Project Management Software system experience, preferred
  • MS Access, a plus
  • EMR/EHR experience, a plus

Management Skills & Experience

  • Complex, Multi-Department, Multi-Site/Locations Operations Management
  • Process Improvement experience
  • Business Process re-engineering experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Lean Six-Sigma, ISO9000, etc., preferred
  • College or graduate degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
